The case guidline is as follow.
To choose an existing company and analyze/ discuss that company?s distribution/ channel strategy and structure. After analyzing the company SWOT, you should provide your recommendations for key improvements for this channel of distribution.
Outlines for the individual project: you need to answer each of the following:

3. Current distribution structure strategy: Number of levels, members and target markets.
5. Suggested distribution structure strategy: Number of levels, members and target markets (explain why you suggested this strategy).
