I would like you to compare and contrast the views on poverty offered in Part 5 in the book ?Urban Life? (edited by George Gmelch and Walter Zenner. 4th edition.)
How do these authors view poverty (its causes and effects) and how do the specific cases they cite support these views?
Additionally, I would like you to find at least
2 of the references provided by Goode’s paper (pg. 292-295) to also include in the discussion. Be sure to really get into the meat of these sources also.
